Our factory is equipped with the latest in CNC machine centre and router technology. If your project calls for rout-to-shape, drilling, custom edge shaping, or other custom fabrication, we have the equipment to complete your order. We have 6 routers available with table sizes up to 5200 x 1550 all able to offer specialist finishing including contour edgebanding side drilling, engraving and sawing.
If you have a large order with a short lead-time or a small order or prototype our facility has the capacity to meet your needs. Our panel processing utilizes the latest in CAD/CAM to quickly translate your drawings into finished parts to your exact specifications quickly and efficiently. With over 80 years of supplying subcontracted parts we understand the need to supply to our customers what they actually want, and our unique setup procedure ensures that even small orders are most welcome.
