 Injection Moulding

Needs Injection Moulding facility is geared to the production of specialist Medical Devices which we have been producing since the 1950's. Moulded and then specialised finishing produces a range of parts from our surgical department working to the medical standard BS13485.

We also produce a range of Nylon Hinges and waterproof electrical connectors for the marine industry trading under the name Dri-Plug.

Needs can also produce bespoke items to customers own design and offer small volume low cost tooling options as well as large production runs.
